As Foscolo said, tombs can have an inspirational effect on those visiting them. Some major figures in the artistic, historical and sportive field have been buried in the cemetery of Monza.

MOSE' BIANCHI - GENOVEFFA COMENCINI

Mosè Bianchi was born in Monza in 1840. He completed his studies in 1864, and in 1867 got a sponsorship for a two-year stay in Venice, where he studied the 18thcentury painting. The tomb of Genoveffa Comencini is located near the main entrance to the cemetery.
